Apparently, I'm a part of the class action lawsuit in Cali re: the 3rd generation iPod battery life lawsuit v. Apple. This is sweet news, because as a part of the settlement, I get a $50 credit at the Oak Brook iPod store, and I am in desperate need of new ear buds and a remote.
